Russo is clear of risks, but remains hospitalized
The Stock Car Light driver involved in the accident that killed Rafael Sperafico on Sunday (09/12), Renato Russo, was admitted in the emergency room at São Luiz Hospital at 14h04. Conscious and with stable vital signs, he suffered traumatic brain injury and closed abdominal injury, both caused by the deceleration of the car. After a series of exams, Russo underwent abdominal surgery. The patient is clinically stable and clear of all emergency risks occurred during the accident, though he will remain hospitalized as a precautionary measure.
