Cacá Bueno wins the Nextel Cup championship in Rio
Cacá Bueno of Eurofarma RC (Mitsubishi) has maintained himself at the top of the game for the last five years in Stock Car racing. With his early championship win in Nextel Cup Stock Car in Rio de Janeiro, Cacá is currently one of the best race car drivers in Brazil. He achieved 18 victories and 34 podiums in 71 races.
Cacá comments, “I don’t consider myself as the best Stock Car driver, but I believe I am among the best. More important than winning is being the only driver to fight for the championship in all last five seasons”.
For Eurofarma RC’s head, Rosinei Campos, Cacá success has been a result of a great sensibility in transmitting the car’s performance to the entire team. “As soon as he pulls into the pit box, he explains in detail everything that happened. Whenever we change the setup, he carefully analyzes what improved and what worsened”.
The last Stock Car race will take place in SĂŁo Paulo, at AutĂłdromo Internacional de Interlagos, on the 9th of December.
