Stock Jr.: Thiago Riberi and his plans for 2008
The Stock Jr. driver Thiago Riberi is in second place with 117 points and is already making big plans for 2008. In the category since its beginning in 2006, Riberi now plans on competing in the Stock Car Light category in 2008. “I would like to give progress to my career by racing in Stock Car Light next year,” he stated in Santa Cruz do Sul.
The driver goes on, saying that he wants to get to the main category, Nextel Cup, in even less time: “In about 2 or 3 years I want to compete in the Nextel Cup category, but my priority for 2008 remains, which is to race in Stock Car Light”.
